Freistatt Mutual Insurance Company was originally organized on February 19, 1887 and incorporated on March 13,
1935, as the Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Lawrence County. On March 5, 1985, the
Company amended it Articles of Incorporation changing its name to Freistatt Mutual Insurance
Company.
